Children who are living at the rubbish dump in Novosibirsk receive hot tea and bread. The members of HELP International pick them up on a regular basis to bring them to the house of compassion to play with them, make trips to the near area tell them about Jesus and care of them medical. The house of compassion has been offered by the city of Novosibirsk.
