'Outcasts' such as street children, pickpockets and alcoholics are being equipped for a new life with Jesus thru Family-Care-Groups and a pioneering church in the poverty stricken Bucana area, Davao City, on the Island of Mindanao.
Malnourished and handicapped children who suffer from developmental and growth deficiencies receive food, medicines, care and love through the Rescue-a-Child feeding program in the newly established feeding center. In the meantime more than 80 members join the spirit-filled Church. Missionary Christian Wagner with his Filipino wife Adela started with the training and mobilization of Filipino missionaries to the unreached peoples of Asia.
