	G12 encounters take place regularly at Chacra de Dios since October 2003 . The G12 vision was born in the heart of Caesar Castellanos in Columbia. The model of ministry based on 12, is the most effective means of obeying the great commission of Jesus Christ to win disciples and of growing the Church. The key to success in this model is found in leading groups of 12. The vision is based on four simple steps: win, consolidate, disciple, send. Everyone is ministered to and everyone becomes a minister.

	The premise of this vision is that every person can be trained in small groups (cells) to become a leader, and in time, run their own cell. After the new G12 leaders have established their own cells they will meet at Chacra de Dios again for leadership training, to share their progress, and for encouragement and support. more information about the G12 vision
