	Ulaan Baatar, formerly URGA, or NIISLEL KHUREHEM, is the capital city of Mongolia, situated on the Tuul River on a windswept plateau at an elevation of 4,430 feet(1,350 m). Ulaan Baator is the main industrial center of Mongolia. Factories produce a variety of consumer goods.

	In the meantime HELP International constituted contact points on over 7 places in Ulaan Baatar where homeless people can stay overnight and get food. 13 western and over 60 Mongolian co-workers offer various services like attendance of the flat-sharing communities, training and education and ministry.
