The current team consists of 14 co-worker who mostly live in the house Wiedenhof. Some of the co-worker are formerly drug dependent who proved themselves in a job after a therapy and follow-up mentoring. They share their lives with the guests, work with them and care for them. They advise when problems occur and they pray for the guests.
