Jirah Mae Alcoriza is 4 years old and second degree malnourished. Her parents have been surprised when they got twins. Jirah and her sister are dumb. Their way to say thank you is to whistle. However the mother works as home helper and her father drives taxi their earnings are not sufficient to feed the twins. Please help her get enough food so she can be cured from malourishment.
